I Hate Philosophy

I really do. With that in mind, trudge with me through this post.

I do not struggle with believing. I believe that the Bible is God's Holy Word. I believe that God created the universe. I believe that God is working in my life, changing me, molding me. I believe that Jesus is my risen savior.

I do struggle with doubt. My struggle with doubt is that it really bugs me. Sometimes I'll get this flash across my mind that says, "What if you're wrong in what you believe?" or "What if all of this did just accidentally happen?"

So,

Am I wrong in what I believe? I REALLY doubt that.

Did all of this just accidentally happen? I REALLY doubt that too.

My faith is strong. I am certain that God's grace has rescued my soul through my faith is Jesus Christ. My response to God's grace? Strive to live my life in a way that is pleasing to Him.

I have a thoughtful faith, not without questioning. I am sure that what I believe about God is correct.

While I know a lot about God, with way more to learn. My knowledge is based on stuff I believe, because. . .

I am a believer.
